Every sweet in our collection begins with the gulab — the rose — in its purest form. We source natural rose essence from distilleries cultivating the Damask rose for generations. The result is a flavour that is impossibly delicate and utterly distinct from anything made with synthetic rose water.
Our kitchen is small by design. Small batches mean each piece receives individual attention. Our artisans finish every sweet by hand — pressing silver leaf, arranging rose petals, ensuring that what reaches you is exactly what we intended.
