1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts. These terms govern your use of shahigulab.com and all related services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur due to handcrafted nature.

• Orders confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to cancel in the event of pricing errors
• Gifting orders require 3–5 business days lead time

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Prices are subject to change; price at time of order is final.

4. Shelf Life & Food Safety

Our products are preservative-free with shelf life of 7–20 days. We strongly recommend refrigeration upon receipt. Shahi Gulab is not liable for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content — brand name, logos, photography, product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Shahi Gulab. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Maharashtra.
